Dan has extensive experience in property leasing and disposition, tenant representation and corporate solutions. Throughout his career, Dan has completed more than 400 transactions totaling over ten million square feet of consideration.
Chris Hickock
Managing Director
Chris Hickok is a Managing Director and Industrial Market Lead at JLL Minneapolis, bringing over 30 years of experience in industrial leasing, development, and transactions. He has completed more than 35 million square feet of deals, including notable transactions for Nilfisk-Advance and Shutterfly. Before joining JLL, Chris spent 18 years at United Properties and has earned industry recognition such as MNCAR’s Industrial Transaction of the Year.
